YOUR INQUIRY, EXPLAINED

Privacy notice.

Calhoun Creek Rentals, LLC uses the information you submit through this website to review your rental inquiry, respond to you, and manage follow-up about available RV sites and other rentals.

What you share

The forms ask for your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred move-in date, and details about your RV or rental plans. You may also include a message. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive information through these forms.

How inquiries are handled

When live submissions are enabled, your inquiry is saved in a private waiting list for RV sites or other rentals. The property operator can review your submitted details, keep notes about your inquiry, and record follow-up and whether you are still looking. This information is not displayed to other website visitors. Joining the waiting list does not reserve a site or rental.

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and follow up about future openings. You can tell us that you are no longer looking or ask to be removed when we contact you, or write to the business address below.

Your inquiry may also be included in private email and text notifications to the property operator. Providers that host the website, store inquiries, or deliver these notifications process information as needed to provide those services.

Technical information such as your internet address may be processed to operate the site and help prevent spam. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. The directions links open Google Maps, which has its own privacy practices.

Getting in touch about your information

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, write to Calhoun Creek Rentals, LLC at the business address below. Include enough contact information for us to locate your inquiry and respond. If you are also submitting a new availability inquiry, you can include the request in the message field. Please do not include sensitive documents.

If a form is marked “Preview only,” submitting it only demonstrates the form on your device. It does not send or save an inquiry with Calhoun Creek Rentals.
